Theodore M. Oswald, M.D.
Dr. Ted Oswald was born and raised in Bark River, Michigan. He chose to return and serve his home community immediately after completing his residency.

He graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 1999. He completed his residency at the Marquette Family Practice Residency in 2002 and received Board Certification at that time.

Dr. Oswald is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and his hobbies include hunting, fishing and cross-country skiing.

Carolyn R. Olson, M.D.
Dr. Carolyn Olson graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 1999 and completed her residency at the Marquette Family Practice Residency in 2003 at which time, she received Board Certification.

Dr. Olson specializes in Holistic Medicine and Acupuncture. She is a member of the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture and her hobbies include gardening and cross-country skiing.

Amber Gustafson, P.A.
Amber Gustafson graduated from Central Michigan University as a Physician Assistant in 2008. She received her Board Certification in 2008 and is a member of the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants.

In her spare time, Amber enjoys biking, walking and listening to music.
